These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Corvus Cybersecurity website located at corvus-cyber.com (“Site”) and any services provided by Corvus Cybersecurity, a brand of D Shaw Consulting & Training, Inc. (“Corvus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Services
Corvus Cybersecurity provides fractional CISO leadership, cybersecurity assessments, compliance readiness, program design, and related advisory services. Specific terms governing any engagement — including scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and confidentiality — are set forth in a separate Statement of Work or Services Agreement executed between Corvus and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls.
2. Use of This Site
You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its underlying infrastructure
- Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications or malicious code
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without prior written consent
- Represent or imply any affiliation with Corvus without authorization

4. Threat Intelligence Content
Threat intelligence summaries, CVE analyses, and security advisories published on this Site are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional security advice for your specific environment. Corvus makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that threat data is complete, current, or applicable to your organization.
